These dinners are a great time to try new ingredients and flavors in smaller portion sizes as well to try new wines and learn a bit about the pairing of wine and food. Chef’s Jeffrey and Hassan will be orchestrating the night and speaking about the various ingredients and preparations that go into each course served.
