Chef Russ Memorial Golf Tournament
Sunday August, 28th 2011

Once again Alex's Place is holding it's annual golf tournament to benefit Crossroads House of Genesee County. A portion of the profits will also fund a scholarship for a local high school graduate in honor of our friend Chef Russ who passed away tragically last fall.

This years tournament is being held at the beautiful Terry Hills Golf Course! With 27 challenging holes we'll have plenty of room to bring in more teams for this awesome charity.

Don't forget as always there'll be awesome door prizes, raffles, 50/50's, lunch, dinner, drinks and more! We always have a great time during this tournament, so come be apart of an Alex's Place tradition and join our family for some fun.

Alex's Place will once again be at the Roc City Rib Fest located on the shores of Ontario Beach in Rochester!

Come out and support your favorite ribs by voting Alex's for a THIRD consecutive People's Choice award!

We'll even turn our cheek when you're trying the other guys BBQ! Come see an truly awesome BBQ event and watch the big boys compete for best in class. There are plenty of family fun activities so bring the whole clan.

We'll also be vending out pre-packaged ribs so those of you looking to take home some Alex' s ribs for another day, don't forget your cooler! Buy them refrigerated from our stand and when you're ready to enjoy give a mere 10 min on the grill. Ummmm tasty!

Head Chef Jeffrey Naro and Sous Chef Hassan Silmi have created a wonderful five-course Wine Dinner for 30 guests. If you haven't attended one of our wine dinners before, now's your opportunity to experience an awesome array of gourmet dishes.

These dinners are a great time to try new ingredients and flavors in smaller portion sizes as well to try new wines and learn a bit about the pairing of wine and food.
